Pricing Considerations

When comparing the various Vapor Systems available to you, don't consider price alone. Quality and features vary considerably between vapor cleaners. Be sure you are getting the quality and performance you want. Some of the questions you may want to consider are:

Can I adjust the volume of steam?

Does the system have fingertip controls?

Can I continuously fill the system with water, thus avoiding any down time? If not, ask:

How long will the steam vapor last before I must shut the machine off and refill it, and how long does it take to heat back up?

Can I get the machine serviced where I bought it?

What kind of a warranty do I get?

Is the unit on wheels, or is the plastic housing just molded to make it look like it is on wheels?

How many accessories are available? Which are standard equipment and which must I buy separately?

Are the accessories for the system available at a reasonable price and are they guaranteed?

Can the various tips, brushes, squeegees etc. be easily removed and replaced, thus making the system convenient and easy to use?
